I was involved in an auto accident on 01/01/17. I had no idea how much the concussion and post concussion syndrome could impact my eyes, vision, balance, and coordination. My life changed drastically as a result of poor balance, inability to gauge where I was in space, etc…. I could no longer do simple things that I’ve always done with ease. I couldn’t walk up and down steps without a hand rail, exercise or do anything with backward movements – amusement parks became part of the past. Dr. Ho and her exercises have helped me regain my life. It’s not easy or short process, but it works!
